Francis B.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Francis, Registered Dental Hygienist attended Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport where she obtained her Associate’s degree and her Bachelor’s degree.

Francis was born and raised in Venezuela where she found her passion for working with children after volunteering for two years at a pre-school facility. Francis is fluently bilingual in English and Spanish.

Francis is also a proud member of the American Dental Hygienists Association and part of the Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene honor society. Francis found her home away from home as part of the Dental Care Kids family.

Fun Fact about Francis:

In her spare time, she loves to spend quality time with her family and friends, go to the movies, travel, and study.

Rocio C.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Rocio attended Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport, where she gained her Associate’s degree and her Bachelor’s degree.

She also has a Dental Doctorate degree in El Salvador, where she is originally from. She is bilingual, in English and Spanish. She is also certified in Local Anesthesia.

In her spare time Rocio enjoys spending time with her children and husband, traveling and knowing different places. Rocio is also a member of the American Dental Association.

She has the patience and a passion to work with children and adolescents, since she has worked with this population for over a decade. She has the belief that at an early age many oral diseases can be prevented. She is proud and happy to be part of the family of Dental Care Kids.

Fun Fact about Rocio:

She also is a fashion designer and belongs to a group of women called ”Connie’s Circle“ where she teaches women to sew and make her own clothes.

Anabel C.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Anabel was born in Ecuador and raised in Norwalk, Connecticut. She is fluent in English and Spanish. She attended New York University where she obtained her bachelors degree. Her love for dentistry grew from a young age when she had great experiences at the dentist and she now wants to provide that same care for children. 

She loves working with kids and realizes how important it is for them to enjoy coming to the dentist. She believes building good oral health habits at a young age leads to a healthy future. Bringing smiles to kids brings a smile to her. 

Fun Fact about Anabel:

In her spare time, Anabel loves to go on hikes and go to the beach with her dog. She also loves to paint and read. 

Kylie S.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Kylie grew up in East Haven, Connecticut and is a proud alumnus of the University of New Haven where she earned her Associate’s and Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. She is a member of Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene Honor Society and the American Dental Hygiene Association which helps her to stay emersed in her field of work.

Kylie’s caring and empathetic personality allows her to connect and interact with each patient to personalize their dental visits to their specific needs. She believes that healthy oral hygiene habits start at a young age, so it is important to encourage and educate kids in a positive manner during each visit. She wants every kid to feel comfortable coming to their dental visits and strives to make it an enjoyable experience for all. Kylie is always excited to meet new patients and build on experiences created with returning ones.

Fun Fact about Kylie:

For as long as she can remember Kylie has always wanted to pursue a career in the dental field in order to make a positive impact on patient’s oral health and assist them in creating a healthier, happy smile.

Ana G.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Ana started as a dental assistant at Dental Care Kids where she worked for several years assisting the doctors and team.

As a dental assistant, she realized her passion was dentistry. After several years she decided that she wanted to have a more one-on-one relationship with the children and families so she decided to specialize as a dental hygienist.

She continued working part-time at Dental Care Kids and attended Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport where she obtained her Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. She is currently continuing her academic journey and completing her bachelor’s degree.

She feels that her background as a dental assistant gives her great insight into being a more effective hygienist.

“I love  working with children and believe that educating them and their families  in regular  dental care and consistent oral hygiene will lead to a healthy and happy dental future.”

Fun Fact about Ana:

When she is not in the office, she enjoys her time with her family. She loves to travel and try new foods. Ana also started out at Dental Care Kids as a Dental Assistant.
